BIOGRAPHY

 
 
Dr. Jayarani Ramawickrama is working as a senior lecturer, attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. She obtained her PhD degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, MBA and Bcom degree from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and she has obtained the degree of Master of Science in Development Management from the University of Agder in Norway. Presently she is teaching Human Resource Management related courses and her research interests are Management, Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship .
