BIOGRAPHY

Ms. R.R.N.Thanuaja Rathnaweera is a senior lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. She has obtained her first degree of Bachelor of Commerce from University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka and MSc in Business Administration from University of Agder, Norway . Her research interest is in the fields of Organizational behaviour, Employee well-being, Human Resource Management and Management.
