BIOGRAPHY

Dr Thedushika De Silva is a Senior Lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resource Management from the University of Ruhuna in 2014 with first-class honours, Master of Science from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2017 and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 2023. She has also earned a Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA, UK. Her focal research areas include talent management, strategic human resource management and technology-enabled HRM. Her broader research interests are at the interface of strategy, HRM, gender studies, knowledge and innovation management in an international context. She has expertise in conducting quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research using multiple regression, SmartPLS, AMOS, NVivo and Leximancer. Her research work has appeared in indexed journals such as the Journal of International Management (A) and International Journal of Human Resource Management (A) and international conferences, including the Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management Conference.
