BIOGRAPHY

Roy Fernando is a Lecturer attached to Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. He received his BSc Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics (PGDS) from University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. His teaching and research interest is pertaining to Human Resource Management, performance management and employee health and safety management and he teaches at undergraduate levels.
