BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Hemamali Ganewatta is working as a Senior lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree and  MBA degree from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka and, PhD from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Further, she completed  Advanced Diploma in Management & Administration from Sri Lanka Foundation institute and Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration. Her research focuses broadly on Human resources Management. Her current research interests are within the areas of employee commitment, employee engagement and Organisation Citizenship Behaviour .
