Virtual Sessions on Human Resource Information System with the Collaboration of MintHRM

Introduction

With the increasing effect of globalization, contingency situations like new normalcy and technology, corporate world has started to use HRIS support activities to develop employees’ talents, reduce the burden of operational activities in order to add value to the entire organization. When it comes to Human Resource Management specialized undergraduates’ context, they are lacking on practical applications of the theories they learn within the academic context in relation to information systems.  Thus, we have planned to organize a virtual program particularly to share pragmatic exposure in relation to Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with our undergraduates.

 

 

Objectives of the program

  •  To aware the students on importance of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • To motivate students to recognize the use of HRIS in corporate sector
  •  To align the students with HR functions they learn in the classroom and practice of HRIS
  • To facilitate students to learn basic modules of HRIS

  • 10 Sessions (Total 20 Hours)

Target Audience

  • Third year First Semester and Fourth year First Semester Human Resource Management specialized undergraduates ( 150 undergraduates registered for First Batch)
