The PDBA/MBA program is designed to provide a systematic exposition in advanced management education for managers practicing at executive level and for candidates seeking academic achievements. In particular the program focuses on the development of managerial thinking. The PDBA/MBA program is a two-year program in which the first year lead to the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) and the eligible candidates can enroll for the second year to be eligible for the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA).
