BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Chamani Nandasena is a Temporary Assistant Lecturer attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. She graduated with First Class Honours at the University of Ruhuna. She was also awarded the Dr. Nihal Jinasena Memorial Gold Medal at the 30 th general convocation in 2023 for her excellent academic performance as an undergraduate in the Department of Human Resource Management. Her research interest is in the field of Human Resource Management.

AWARDS

Dr. Nihal Jinasena Memorial Gold Medal for excellent academic performance (highest Grade Point Average) in the Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours specializing in Human Resource Management at the General Convocation of the University of Ruhuna in 2023.
