BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Sachini Dasanayaka is currently serving as a Lecturer (Probationary) attached to the Department of Business Management at the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. She obtained her B.Sc. (Honours) in Business Management with First Class Honours from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka in 2024. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Her research interests include Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Sustainable Business Practices, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management, and Emerging Technologies in Business.

Passed Finalist at the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT, 2019)
