BIOGRAPHY

Ms.Vidyanee Vithanage is a Senior Lecturer (Grade II) attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management and Finance. She has obtained her first-degree BBA major in Human Resource Management from University of Ruhuna in 2010 and MSc in Business Administration from University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2015. She is an Attorney- at- Law. At present she is conducting lectures in Industrial Relations and Labor Law, and International Human Resource Management. Her research interest is in the field of Human Resource Management and Labor Law.
