ICT Skills for Future Entrepreneurs and Tech Experts

The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship successfully conducted a workshop series titled “Unlocking Digital Potential: ICT Skills for Future Entrepreneurs and Tech Experts.” The sessions were facilitated by Ms. R.N. Wijeweera, Temporary Assistant Lecturer, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna.
The workshop series, held at the Computer Lab of the Faculty of Management and Finance, was organized for 2000-level undergraduates of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. The program aimed to strengthen students’ digital literacy and technological readiness, core competencies required for modern business careers. Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in hands-on activities covering advanced Excel applications, dashboard development, and data visualization techniques. These tools enabled students to explore practical methods for organizing, analyzing, and presenting business data more effectively.
